Awaking Wonder Unit: Lilias Trotter

Born in England in 1853, Lilias Trotter grew up in a loving family and with a childhood of privilege. She was a gifted artist, but she gave up possessions and the hope of a career in art to serve the Lord in Algeria. There she lived out her days faithfully serving Jesus and sharing the gospel. She lived her life for things of eternal value, and she developed some ways to live out the gospel that are still in use today. May her life inspire your family in faithfulness!
